In other words, when you stuff a dish with too many ingredients, the flavour appeal of each ingredient is slightly lost. ● 3 eggs (beaten lightly)
● 3 tbsp of milk
● Half a cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
● Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
● 2 tbsp of olive oil
● 2 tbsp of dried parsley
● 4 gloves of garlic (must be peeled and chopped)
● 4 cuts of pork loin chops
Whenever you are baking meat, you need to get your oven pre-heated. The perfect temperature for breaded pork chops would be 325 degrees.
While your oven is pre-heating, take a small bowl and beat the eggs and milk together. Take another bowl, and pour in the bread crumbs. These bread crumbs should be properly combined with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Don’t be afraid to use your hands when you are mixing the dry ingredients.
The next step involves you heating the olive oil in a large, oven proof skillet. The oil has to be heated at medium temperature. Be careful to not heat the oil too quickly. Throw in the cloves of garlic and give them a light stir. Cook the garlic gloves till they have slightly caramelized. Move the garlic away and keep it aside for later use.
Take a piece of pork chop and get it dipped into the egg mixture. Once coated with the egg and the milk, move it onto the crumb mixture. The entire piece of meat must be evenly coated. If the internal temperature is around 150 degrees, then your pork chops are ready to be rest. Rest the meat for 5-10 minutes before serving them with a condiment or sauce of your choice. Ideally, the pork chops should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
