List of Ingredients

● 3 eggs (beaten lightly)

● 3 tbsp of milk

● Half a cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs

● Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese

● 2 tbsp of olive oil

● 2 tbsp of dried parsley

● 4 gloves of garlic (must be peeled and chopped)

● 4 cuts of pork loin chops

Cooking Directions

Whenever you are baking meat, you need to get your oven pre-heated. The perfect temperature for breaded pork chops would be 325 degrees.

While your oven is pre-heating, take a small bowl and beat the eggs and milk together. Take another bowl, and pour in the bread crumbs. These bread crumbs should be properly combined with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Don’t be afraid to use your hands when you are mixing the dry ingredients.

The next step involves you heating the olive oil in a large, oven proof skillet. The oil has to be heated at medium temperature. Be careful to not heat the oil too quickly. Throw in the cloves of garlic and give them a light stir. Cook the garlic gloves till they have slightly caramelized. Move the garlic away and keep it aside for later use.

Take a piece of pork chop and get it dipped into the egg mixture. Once coated with the egg and the milk, move it onto the crumb mixture. The entire piece of meat must be evenly coated. Repeat the process for all the pieces. Once the coating has been complete, place the pork chops in the skillet. Cook the breaded pork chops for a minimum of 5 minutes on each side. By the end of 10 minutes, you should observe a beautiful, golden brown colour on the pork chops.

Place the skillet and the breaded pork chops in the pre-heated oven. Keep the baking going for at least 25 minutes. Use a thermometer to check the temperature at the end of 25 minutes. If the internal temperature is around 150 degrees, then your pork chops are ready to be rest. Rest the meat for 5-10 minutes before serving them with a condiment or sauce of your choice. Ideally, the pork chops should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
