How to Prepare Pork Chop Dinner Recipes?

People of all ages love pork chops. This is why you will see a lot of parents buying cookbooks to learn the art of cooking perfectly seasoned pork chops for their children. It is not exactly a complicated dish to make, but it does throw a few curveballs at you. If you are experienced in the kitchen, you should have little to no problem in getting your pork chops done just in time to put food on the table for your children with growling tummies. However, if you haven’t been cooking pork for a while, then you may struggle to put up an appreciable pork chop dish. Under such circumstances, the best option for you is to go through pork chop dinner recipes that are easy to follow and replicate. If you are looking for one already, then you have come to the right place. Here are three pork chop dinner recipes that will never disappoint you:

1) Spicy Pork Chops

List of Ingredients:

● 6 pieces of pork chops

● 1 can of condensed Italian tomato soup

● 1 tbsp of white vinegar

● 1 tbsp of water

● 1 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce

● 1 tbsp of brown sugar

●Half a tsp of hot pepper sauce

The first thing that you need to do is pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Now take a large baking dish and arrange the meat. Be neat and tidy with your work. Do not arrange the meat randomly or haphazardly. Discipline in kitchen pays off at the dinner table. Bake the meat in the preheated oven for a minimum of 20 minutes. The pork chops are not done cooking yet, so do not let anyone touch this meat. Instead of staring blankly at the oven, put these 20 minutes to good use. Start with the prep work and try to get it done before the 20 minutes are up. It is good to feel a little bit of pressure when you are cooking inside the kitchen. Working with a time constraint prevents you from losing your focus and attention. To get the prep work in order, take a small bowl and combine the tomato soup, vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and brown sugar. Once you are done creating this light and refreshing “soup mixture”, spoon it over the meat. Now put the baking dish back into the oven and cook the meat for an additional 20 or 30 minutes till the pork is tender and juicy.

2) Mushroom Pork Chops

List of Ingredients:

● 1 tbsp of vegetable oil

● 6 pieces of pork chops

● 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

● A quarter of a cup of water

● Salt and pepper to taste

● Vegetable oil (small amount)

Heat the vegetable oil at medium temperature in a large frying pan. Once the oil has heated up, place 3 pork chops in the pan and cook them for 10 minutes (5 minutes on each side). At the end of 10 minutes, the pork chops should have a nice brown colour. Remove the pork chops from the heat and keep them aside. Repeat the process with the other 3 pieces of pork chops. The next step is to combine mushroom soup and water in the same frying pan. Heat the mixture to a boil and return the chops to the frying pan (3 chops at a time). For each set of 3 pork chops, the cooking needs to continue for 15-30 minutes at low temperature. Basically, you need to let the pork chops simmer in the mushroom soup. Slow cooking releases more flavour from the meat.

3) Stroganoff Pork Chops

List of Ingredients:

● A third of a cup of all purpose flour

● Half a tsp of seasoned salt

● 6 pieces of pork chops

Half a tsp of paprika

● 1 envelope of brown gravy mix

●1 small onion that has been sliced

● 4 ounces of canned mushrooms that have been drained

● Half a cup of sour cream

Take a small bowl and combine the flour, the paprika and seasoned salt. This is going to form the dry rub with which you are going to coat your meat. Once the coating is done, you can brown the meat in a lightly greased skillet. Combine the gravy mix with water as per the instructions on the package. Pour the gravy over the meat and throw in the sliced onions. Cover the pan and let the meat simmer for half an hour. Take the lid off the pan and let the meat simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Once you have removed the pork chops, add the mushroom and sour cream to the gravy mixture (infused with juices released from the meat). Keep the mixture on low heat for 3 minutes before glazing it over the pork chops on the serving platter.
